Maintain compliance with all international and regional, national regulations, and Class rules with all Class, statutory and trading certificates, ship registry, required licenses and documentation valid and in order.

Arrange all necessary surveys, inspections, audits within the time when due, for maintaining validity of ship’s certificates and documents.

Conduct regular inspections of the ship to ensure vessel in good condition, and all IMO, Class, ISPS, MLC and other regulations and requirements are met and complied with.

Deal with Class, Flag and Shipping Authorities relating to ships’ certification and documentation, and all matters thereto.
